How it Works:

When someone joins the Dhul Hijjah Challenge using your unique link:

  1. Direct Support: Their first day’s donation goes directly to your fundraiser.            
  2. The Boost: LaunchGood adds a one-time boost to your campaign based on their daily giving level (see table below).
  3. Community Impact: For the remaining days, their donations support various high-impact causes across the LaunchGood ecosystem.

2. LG+ Daily Giving Challenge

Best for: organizations focusing on long-term donor retention.

For our partners using LaunchGood+, we’ve built a specialized "Challenge" flow. This isn't about a one-time boost; it’s about keeping your donors' hearts connected to your organization for all ten days and beyond.

How it Works:

  • Branded Experience: Create a dedicated "Daily Giving" page via the Hosted Pages Builder with no set goal—just a focus on the 10 days of Dhul Hijjah.
  • Exclusive Support: Unlike the referral program, 100% of the donor's daily giving stays with your organization for the duration of the challenge.
  • Daytime Processing: All transactions are scheduled to charge during the daytime, ensuring your donors reap the rewards of giving while they are fasting and active.
  • The "Graduate" Feature: After the 10 days are over, donors receive an automated email inviting them to "graduate" their giving into a permanent daily, weekly, or monthly donation to your cause.
