From the dashboard, you can send personalized thank-you messages, tax receipts, and updates about future campaigns. You’ll also have access to detailed data insights and reports to refine your fundraising strategy.

How to enable Event Mode
Getting started with Event Mode is simple:

  1. Go to a live campaign, such as this example.
  2. For campaign creators, click the Event Mode button on the admin bar.

For guest users, update the campaign URL from .com to .cc. For example:some text

Best practices for event mode

  • Put your browser in full-screen mode for maximum visual impact:some text
    • Mac users: Press ⌘ + Ctrl + F
    • Windows users: Press F11
  • Leverage the power of live emojis that display with every donation to energize your audience.

Add offline donations easily through the admin panel to keep your records comprehensive. Here is how:

  • Go to your campaign and click on the Donors tab from the black admin bar across the top. If you donʼt see the black bar across the top, you will have  to request the campaign creator to login and add you as a teammate to the campaign.
  • Click + Offline Donation on the top right hand side.
  • Add the QR code to your invites, flyers, pledge forms, and posters that will be displayed at the fundraising event
  • Make sure the venue has good WiFi or data coverage
  • Have a team of volunteers, who can assist attendees with donating either online or offline
  • Invite lots of people along with your most generous donors. The event mode does a great job of exciting audiences into action.
  • Encourage your guests to donate live instead of pledges of the same amount

How can you track donations from QR code scans? 

Event Mode automatically tags these donations as internal_event, making it easier for you to analyze their impact.

To add teammates to your campaign:

  1. Ask the campaign creator to log in and open the campaign.
  2. Click on the Edit tab located in the black admin bar at the top of the page.
  3. From the menu on the left-hand side, select Enhance.
  4. Under the Team Members section, click the green + Add Member button to invite new teammates.

This process ensures your team has access to manage the campaign effectively!
