LaunchGood recognizes that education is a vital foundation for personal growth and the advancement of our communities. However, in the United States, the rising costs of higher education have created significant barriers, causing many young people to drop out of college due to financial pressures. 

Recognizing this critical issue, ACC steps in to support the education of our young Ummah and aspiring students. ACC is dedicated to supporting the financial aspects  of higher education, ensuring that students can pursue their dreams without the weight of crippling debt. A Continuous Charity is the first Muslim charity to invest in the higher education of Muslim students by awarding community-funded, interest-free educational loans. 

Establishing the Family Legacy Fund 

The Family Legacy Fund allows donors to support their close relatives, and eventually other deserving students. A donation can be established for a Legacy Fund, with donor criteria allowing them to set specific criteria for who can receive funds. The program includes a one-time provision allowing the first beneficiary to be a close family member, receiving the money as an interest-free loan, not a grant. The family member must go through a shortened but thorough application process to qualify. Upon successful application, funds are disbursed to the student's loan holders, and ACC sets up and enforces a repayment plan. Once the loan is repaid, the money is distributed to other students as another interest-free loan and the cycle continues on.

By establishing a Legacy Fund with ACC, donors contribute to a broader cause that helps numerous students achieve their academic dreams without the burden of interest-based loans. Other advantages include tax benefits and the establishment of a sadaqah jariyah (continuous charity).
